Banx is seeking a highly motivated **Technology Consultant & Solutions Developer** to join our Dubai office.
This is a unique role that combines technology consulting, software development, client engagement, business development support, and leadership responsibilities.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders while also contributing to the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions.
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent technical skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Banx technology platforms and solutions.
- Participate in product architecture, software development, and technical planning.
- Meet with clients and partners to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and technical consultations.
- Represent Banx during meetings, conferences, and business discussions.
- Support business development and sales initiatives through technical expertise and solution design.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for new products, services, and client engagements.
- Collaborate closely with management and leadership teams.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across various initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry developments.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment where responsibilities may evolve.
- Willingness to work from the Dubai office and attend in-person meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology consulting or solutions consulting.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
- Experience working with enterprise clients.
- Experience in software development or technical project delivery.
- Startup experience is considered a strong advantage.

Blockchain experience is not required.
Strong technical fundamentals, excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a willingness to learn are the most important qualifications for this role.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
