Placement analyst program

Role responsibilities

• Develop quality, scalable software solutions in an agile environment based on business requirements.
• Write code to quality standards and support testing cycles and post-production deployment.
• Test and debug code and participate in peer reviews.
• Work on technology projects with cross-functional teams, contributing to banking and other firm-wide solutions.

Technology exposure

• Possible back-end technologies include Java, Python, and Spring Framework.
• Possible front-end technologies include React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, Swift, and Kotlin.
• Other possible exposure includes generative AI tools and approaches, prompt engineering, workflow design, Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
• Technology exposure varies by team; these examples are not all mandatory.

Eligibility

• Expected graduation date is between December 2028 and July 2029.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another technology-related field.
• Must pass technical interviews involving basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Prior agile-team experience is desirable; collaborative and adaptable working, communication, and attention to detail are requested.
