is seeking a versatile MDG-certified
Techno-Functional Consultant/Developer
to join our Dubai team.
This is a high-impact role focused on the seamless integration between
Teamcenter (PLM)
and
Sap Mdg
via the
T4S
integration framework.
We need a specialist who speaks both "business" and "code"—someone who can configure complex MDG workflows while ensuring the underlying REST API architecture is robust and scalable.
The Role: Bridging PLM & ERP
Your mission is to lead the MDG-side enablement of a scalable integration.
You will be responsible for everything from high-level functional design to the technical implementation of APIs and validation rules.
Key Responsibilities
- **Techno-Functional Implementation:**
- Configure MDG data models and develop derivation/validation rules and Change Request (CR) workflows.
- **API & Integration Lead:**
- Direct the onboarding of REST APIs (GET, POST, PATCH) and support the Teamcenter/T4S payload structure design.
- **End-to-End Mapping:**
- Review and optimize Teamcenter-to-MDG mapping documents, ensuring technical feasibility and functional consistency.
- **Testing & Troubleshooting:**
- Lead API endpoint verification (smoke tests) and resolve complex MDG-side issues during integration phases.
- **Optimization:**
- Perform MDG-side performance tuning, including CR configuration and batch processing improvements.
- **Deployment:**
- Manage the transport landscape (DEV to PROD) and ensure system stability post go-live.
The Essentials
- **SAP MDG Expert:**
- Deep experience in SAP Master Data Governance (specifically Material/MM).
- **Development Skills:**
- Strong technical background in
REST APIs
- and SAP integration technologies.
- **Functional Insight:**
- Solid understanding of MDG workflows, Change Request lifecycles, and data governance processes.
- **Middleware Experience:**
- Prior experience with
T4S
,
Teamcenter
, or similar PLM-ERP integration tools.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA data models.
- Knowledge of OpenPDM or advanced performance tuning in MDG.
- History of working on large-scale, international transformation projects.
