About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and customize Epicor ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.) based on business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure ERP alignment with operational goals.
- Develop dashboards, reports, BPMs, and BAQs within Epicor.
- Provide end-user training and technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure system integrity, data security, and compliance with military-grade IT protocols.
- Work closely with IT and business leadership on ERP upgrades, patches, and integration projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with **Epicor ERP**, including both technical and functional roles.
- Proficiency in Epicor tools: BAQ, BPM, SSRS, and customization.
- Experience in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of business processes in logistics, procurement, and finance
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
