Qualifications
- Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Work required the level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology. ARRT is required (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). State of New Jersey licensure in Radiologic Technology is required. Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) granted through the American Heart Association is required within 12 months of hire. Requires the analytical ability to resolve problems that require the use of basic specific, mathematical, or technical principles and in depth experience based knowledge. Requires the ability to explain clinical, technical, and diagnostic procedures to patients and their families.
