Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial coffee machines.
- Provide reliable technical support to customers.
- Develop existing customer relationships and identify and acquire new customers.
- Expand the customer base in Jeddah through regular customer visits and business development activities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of coffee machine maintenance experience.
- Hands-on experience with fully automatic coffee machines and espresso machines.
- Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills.
- An active customer base in Jeddah.
- Ability to identify, approach, and acquire new customers.
- Good communication, customer service, and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Valid Saudi driving licence.
