Technician Internship Program

Launch your career with hands-on experience through the All Roads Technician Internship Program. This paid program gives students the opportunity to work alongside experienced technicians in automotive, truck, and equipment service while gaining real-world skills with brands like Vermeer, Kenworth, Ford, Honda, and Acura. Interns can work at All Roads locations across our network while building valuable experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment designed to support long-term career growth.

Internship is a paid , full-time program

Real hands-on experience in the field

Choose an area of focus between automotive, commercial truck or heavy-duty equipment

Direct access to an assigned mentor, master technicians, shop managers, and more

Option to earn basic certification at the end of the internship.

Attend multiple off-site group events for team building and exposure to All Roads brands, including a special event during the final week of the internship.

Full-time career opportunities may be available upon internship completion.

As an All Roads Intern, you can expect to get training in the following areas:

Basic diagnoses

Oil and fluid changes

Mount and balance tires, tire rotation and tire repair

Filter replacements and general maintenance

Basic Certification
