As a technician II, you are a crucial part of our production team.
Responsible for performing high-quality vehicle upfitting tasks to meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Experience
- 10+ years of experience in a similar field required.
- May accept candidates with 5-7 years of experience with advanced certifications or specialized skills.
- Strong understanding of the industry, vehicle upfitting processes, tools, materials, and best practices in a production environment.
- Advanced 12v electrical skills
- 5+ years of welding and fabricating experience
- 1-2 years’ experience with hydraulics
- Must be familiar with gasoline, diesel, and light/medium trucks, as well as construction or commercial equipment.
- Quality control and inspection skills, including defect detection and corrective action
- Familiarity with shop leadership or team coordination, such as leading work activities in the absence of a supervisor.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and shop specifications.
- Education
- Degree/Certificate in Automotive Field or related field preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Work Environment
- The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
- Compensation
- Paid Weekly.
- Schedule
- May involve extended hours depending on business needs. Monday through Friday.
- Location
- In-Person.
