Technician I, Pest

Steady income, a route they're proud of, and a clear path to more. No experience necessary. We'll train you, get you licensed, and pay you while we do it.

Real Pay, Real Upside: $18–$23/hour base (based on experience and licensing), plus monthly performance bonuses and commissions on every lead you generate — uncapped.

Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

A strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors

A mindset that treats your route like it's your own

Preferred: Pest control or route-based service experience; active pest control license.
