Education & Experience

  • Associate degree or certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience working with battery storage systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with renewable (wind/solar/BESS) inverter maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Certification as an electrician or energy technician is a plus.
  • Certification in OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.

  • Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related considerations. The annual target total cash compensation for this position is $90,000–$110,000, which includes base salary and target commission. Actual compensation may vary based on sales target achievements.
