Levant Core Technical Services LLC SPC is hiring skilled technical staff to support maintenance and site support operations across Abu Dhabi.
Job Summary
The selected candidates will support FM, MEP, and facility maintenance works, including fire alarm maintenance, firefighting maintenance, pump room support, water pumps, motors, controllers, valves, pressure systems, and general technical site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance works as assigned by the supervisor.
- Support fire alarm systems including fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, sounders, interface modules, batteries, and related devices.
- Support firefighting maintenance works including hose reels, landing valves, fire extinguishers, sprinkler accessories, valves, pipework, and fire pump room components.
- Inspect and troubleshoot pump rooms, water pumps, jockey pumps, diesel pumps, electric pumps, pump controllers, motors, pressure gauges, flow meters, test lines, valves, and related equipment.
- Identify common faults such as low pressure, leakage, abnormal noise, vibration, overheating, controller alarms, battery or charger faults, and motor-related issues.
- Read basic drawings, layouts, equipment labels, manuals, and site instructions when required.
- Prepare basic daily reports, service notes, and site observations in English.
- Coordinate with site teams, FM teams, MEP teams, supervisors, and clients during maintenance activities.
- Follow site safety rules, use PPE properly, and maintain clean and safe working conditions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting Maintenance, Pump Maintenance, MEP Maintenance, or Facility Maintenance.
- Practical hands-on troubleshooting experience is required.
- Basic knowledge of fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, pump rooms, motors, controllers, valves, and pressure systems.
- Ability to read and write basic English is required.
- Ability to prepare simple work reports in English.
- Must be physically fit and able to work on active sites, plant rooms, pump rooms, and multiple locations across Abu Dhabi.
- Must be disciplined, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work under pressure.
- UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE.
