  • Most positions located out of our global headquarters in Bloomington, MN will work a hybrid work schedule where you will work 3 collaboration days a week. Additional in office time may be required to support team/project needs.

Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree in Education, Communications, or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Must have 5 to 7 years of experience with curriculum development and training (in-person or virtual) including, but not limited to: Developing and redesigning face-to-face, fully online, and hybrid/blended courses using sound principles of instructional design and project management Designing and developing, delivering, and producing virtual instructor led learning through Skype, WebEx, LoopUp and other similar technologies.   • Developing and redesigning face-to-face, fully online, and hybrid/blended courses using sound principles of instructional design and project management
  • Designing and developing, delivering, and producing virtual instructor led learning through Skype, WebEx, LoopUp and other similar technologies.
  • Experience working with common authoring tools and course development methodologies to develop and produce mobile and elearning content using various multimedia elements including video, text, audio, etc.
  • Implementing and evaluating learning programs using LMS reports, Excel and PowerBI
  • Developing and deploying mobile and elearning solutions.
  • Expert use of Office 365 applications
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in technical writing including creating processes, technical documentation, and standards.
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in administering a learning management system.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills; ability to coach, influence, and develop others laterally and vertically including: Ability to interpret and explain information to a variety of audiences. Ability to objectively receive feedback. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, maintain positive working relationships, and consult effectively with leadership.
