ZeroDryTime Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced, hands-on Technical Trainer based in Riyadh.

The role is full-time and requires travel within Saudi Arabia to Jeddah and Dammam/Eastern Province as needed.
Training and field duties
- Train technicians and franchise operators in classroom sessions and hands-on practice.
- Teach machine operation, chemical ratios, and fabric and surface identification.
- Lead specialist training in leather restoration, wood floor refurbishment, and hard floor and grout cleaning.
- Conduct field coaching, ride-alongs, and site quality audits.
- Localize training manuals and standard operating procedures for Saudi conditions.
- Enforce chemical safety and personal protective equipment compliance.
Experience and qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in floor care, carpet or upholstery cleaning, or surface restoration.
- 2+ years in technical training, field supervision, or quality control.
- Strong cleaning chemistry knowledge, including pH balance and stain classification.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Valid driver's license; Saudi license preferred. IICRC certification is a plus.
- Must currently be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and hold a valid transferable Iqama.
