Technical Trainer Instructor - Senior

We are looking for a talented Technical Trainer Instructor Senior to join our team in Acheson, AB.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Forecast training demand across the business and develop proactive training plans that align with operational goals and workforce capability needs.

Deliver technical training and provide ongoing support to technicians and service personnel on products, systems, tools, and company policies.

Build and maintain subject matter expertise through train-the-trainer programs and continuous learning opportunities.

Develop, update, and enhance training materials to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving business requirements.

Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics, and field results to drive continuous improvement.

Customize and adapt training programs, presentations, and learning solutions to address specific customer, regional, or operational needs.

Maintain accurate technical training records, monitor service capability, and provide reporting to support workforce development and compliance objectives.

Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance training quality, increase workforce effectiveness, and strengthen service excellence.
