About This Role
Role Purpose
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support clients using the Midani platform during the Hajj season.
This role focuses on delivering reliable technical and operational support, ensuring smooth client experience, and maintaining high-quality usage of the platform in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify digital forms on the Midani platform based on client requirements
- Provide technical support to clients on platform usage and functionalities
- Communicate effectively with clients to respond to inquiries and follow up on requests
- Receive, document, and track operational and technical issues reported by clients
- Escalate issues to the technical team and follow up until resolution
- Assist clients in effectively utilizing platform features
- Monitor platform usage and ensure optimal adoption by clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement client needs
Requirements
- Minimum age of 20 years
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technical systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
- Previous experience during Hajj seasons is a strong advantage
Employment Details
- Contract Type: Seasonal (approximately 2.5 months)
Work Nature
- Focus on providing technical support and managing platform forms
- Requires direct communication with clients and occasional meetings
- Full training on the Midani platform will be provided prior to starting
