Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Manager – Meat Coating Systems, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves overseeing the operational and technical aspects of meat coating systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in production processes.
Responsibilities
include troubleshooting machinery, optimizing production performance, training team members on technical procedures, liaising with suppliers for equipment and materials, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
The role requires excellent coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve high operational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in machinery related to meat coating systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance
- Skilled in process optimization and production efficiency enhancements
- Experience in team training and development, with a focus on technical procedures
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality assurance, and compliance in food production environments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in the food production, manufacturing, or related industry is highly beneficial
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification is preferred
