Responsibilities

Providing technical support to clients via phone and email, ensuring a prompt and effective response to their technical issues.

Analyzing technical problems and proposing effective solutions using available data analysis tools.

Training clients on the correct use of products and services, enhancing their satisfaction and trust in the company.

Collaborating with development teams to improve products and services based on client feedback, contributing to a better user experience.

Preparing regular reports on common issues and trends, assisting management in making strategic decisions.

Participating in the development and documentation of technical support materials, including guides and training materials, to ensure clients have the necessary information.

Monitoring system performance and providing recommendations for improving performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Participating in workshops and internal training to enhance technical and communication skills for the team.
