Technical Support Engineer - Hydrolox MENA

Overview

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and Product Managers to ensure successful project delivery in the region.
• Consult with contractors and end-users on installation and commissioning to guarantee seamless onboarding of Hydrolox Traveling Screens.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installation and ongoing operations, minimizing downtime.
• Prepare detailed reports on site visits, installations, inspections, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
• Participate in internal project reviews, resource verification, and cost estimation for optimal execution.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers, recommending replacement parts and solutions throughout the product life cycle.
• Oversee and validate system testing and customer acceptance.
• Attend fabrication factories and Factory Acceptance Tests to ensure product quality and compliance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.
• 5+ years of product support experience in the Middle East.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic (Hindi is a plus).
• Ability to travel up to 70%, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Self-management and effective teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to read CAD drawings.
