Technical Support Engineer focused on API and solutions integration support.
The scope centers on supporting integrations and does not involve core software development.
Experience and technical background
- Requires at least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Accepts any backend technology stack and is language-agnostic.
Key responsibilities
- Bridge communication between InBody headquarters developers and client technical teams.
- Lead technical discussions and integration meetings with client developers.
- Support client API integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Guide clients through data formats and specifications.
- Provide and explain SDK/API documentation and resources.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
