Technical Support Engineer supporting a global financial technology company and its client technology team.

Provide on-site technical support and serve as a key technical contact for the client.
Monitor systems and infrastructure for performance and availability; perform software updates, maintenance, and configuration changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to specialist teams.
Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Build relationships with client stakeholders and proactively address technical requirements.
Support system enhancements and upgrades through testing and validation.

1–2 years of experience in a similar on-site technical support role; financial services experience is ideal.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, plus experience with endpoint management, device deployment, and AV troubleshooting.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical information clearly to clients.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to work independently, manage workload, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

CompTIA A+, MCSA, or equivalent technical certifications are advantageous but not essential.
