Technical Support Engineer providing technical assistance and support to customers.
Work location is in person; the posting lists full-time and contract job types.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues and design solutions to customer requirements.
- Provide product training guidance and communicate technical information clearly.
- Install and maintain CCTV surveillance solutions, access control and time attendance systems, intruder alarms, and video intercom systems.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 3–4 years of installation and maintenance experience in the listed systems.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Valid UAE car driving license.
- Good knowledge of ADMCC regulations and MCC certification are specified.
- Excellent troubleshooting and clear technical communication skills.
