Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to veterinary clinics via phone, email and onsite clinic visits.
  • Deliver training and education to clinic teams.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate products to prospective customers.
  • Troubleshoot analyser, software and equipment issues.
  • Perform quality control testing and equipment checks.
  • Maintain service records and customer information.
  • Participate in an after-hours support roster approximately one week in four.

Qualifications

  • Veterinary Nursing experience or diagnostics experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
  • Good general computer skills and the ability to learn new software and technologies (with training).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Experience with veterinary diagnostic analysers or technical support, field service, or healthcare diagnostics experience.
