About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented professional with experience in building materials, project specifications, and product approvals within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams for material approvals
- Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and product documentation
- Ensure products meet project specifications and international standards
- Provide technical support to sales and business development teams
- Work closely with factories and suppliers regarding product performance and certifications
- Track approval status and maintain specification records for ongoing projects
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5-10 years UAE experience in technical specification or building materials industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and UAE project approval processes
- Experience handling consultants, contractors, and project specifications
- Good understanding of technical submittals and compliance documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- UAE Driving License preferred
