- Demonstrated Team Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams effectively
- Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to manage and deliver complex initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
- Experience in the technology or digital services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
