The Diagnostics Division
The Diagnostics division focuses on empowering medical and economic decision-making to transform health management. Abbott's diagnostic instruments process over 10 million tests daily, providing lab results for millions of individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as an experienced professional individual contributor under limited supervision.
- Apply subject matter knowledge in Medical Device Field Service.
- Utilize skills and knowledge to address specific needs or requirements.
- Conduct technical analysis for product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine solutions based on product and customer specifications.
- Recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solutions.
- Core Functions
- Assess product needs in alignment with customer specifications.
- Conduct technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives.
- Serve as a local on-site representative to customer organization members.
- Required Skills and Experience
- Candidates should possess well-developed skills in the technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot technical problems and determine solutions effectively.

- This position is based at Abbott's Dammam location in the Eastern Region.
