Technical Services Manager
Role Overview

What you’ll bring to the role
You are a collaborative and results-oriented leader with a strong technical foundation and a proven ability to drive operational success in complex project environments. You combine sound business judgment with advanced problem-solving capabilities and the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Typically 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership, project management, technical, operational, or supervisory responsibilities.
Demonstrated success leading teams and managing technical or operational functions within EPC, energy, chemicals, resources, industrial, infrastructure, or related environments.
Strong understanding of project delivery, operational management, technical governance, and business processes.
Proven ability to make independent decisions and manage priorities within complex and dynamic environments.
Experience managing projects or significant portions of large projects while delivering against performance expectations.
Advanced knowledge of systems, tools, processes, and technologies relevant to technical services and project execution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, develop conclusions, and implement effective business solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated leadership capability with experience developing people, coaching teams, and driving accountability.
Strong conflict resolution, change management, and influencing skills.
Commitment to operational excellence, innovation, safety leadership, and continuous improvement.
