BioLife Clinics is recruiting graduates for a Technology Sales & Technical Support Trainee opportunity under the Tamheer Program in Jeddah.
The training lasts six months and may lead to full-time employment based on performance, qualifications, and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell technology products, services, and digital solutions.
- Provide technical support and help customers resolve technical issues.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals and product presentations.
- Follow up with customers and build professional relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to improve technical services and customer experience.
Qualifications and requirements
- Graduate in computer science, graphic design, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Interest in modern technologies and digital solutions.
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and work within a team.
- Meet Tamheer Program eligibility requirements.
Schedule and duration
- Working days are Saturday to Thursday.
- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Training duration is six months.
Compensation
- The opportunity includes the Tamheer Program stipend plus an additional SAR 1,000 monthly incentive from BioLife Clinics.
Location
- The opportunity is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
