Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years for a level III and minimum 7 years for a level IV) may be considered. Detail oriented with exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Highly self-motivated and outgoing individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. High Level of professionalism, integrity, organization, problem solver and good judgment skills. Works independently with accountability and consistent follow-through. Strong understanding of Lincoln Electric organization structure, product portfolio, and customer base. Strong understanding of welding procedures and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Sales/Customer service experience is also preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
