Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Sales Manager to join our team on-site in Riyadh.
The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing technical knowledge to support sales efforts.
The Technical Sales Manager will oversee account management, coordinate with the production team to ensure project requirements are met, and deliver outstanding customer service.
They will be required to provide technical support throughout the sales and post-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales, with expertise in developing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Strong skills in Account Management and ensuring effective client communication
- Proficiency in providing high-quality Technical Support and understanding customer requirements
- Excellent Customer Service abilities and a customer-oriented approach
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the natural stone, marble, and granite industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
