Role Description
The Technical Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving sales growth by combining technical knowledge with strong customer engagement.
This position involves identifying and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and presenting technical solutions that align with client requirements.
The Technical Sales Executive will conduct product demonstrations, participate in client meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate specifications, pricing, and delivery.
Daily tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, following up on opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
The role also includes monitoring market trends, gathering competitive insights, and contributing to sales strategies and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and explain technical products or solutions and translate them into clear commercial value for clients.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in proposals, contracts, and documentation.
- Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., CRM tools, MS Office) and comfort working with data for reporting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical sales.
- Prior experience in a technical or B2B sales environment in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and visit client locations as required.
