Role overview
The role combines management support, sales coordination, and administrative support.
The candidate will support the sales team and management while bridging technical understanding with customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and provide professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payment collections with the accounts department.
- Maintain CRM systems and accurate sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Coordinate sales, operations, and technical teams.
- Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and business coordination.
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion of sales-related activities.
- Support customer relationships and long-term business opportunities.
Skills and tools
- Customer relationship management (CRM), sales support and coordination, payment follow-up, and reporting.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
