Qualifications:

  • Degree educated (or equivalent) in Engineering or Materials Science.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on aerospace projects within the composites, chemical, or materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging markets, technologies, and industry trends. Preferred (but not essential) experience with Hexcel composites materials and their processing methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness, patience, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach to work.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and influence or motivate others.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for the composites industry, with a strong drive to succeed and deliver results.
  • Proven experience collaborating with government organizations and supporting successful bid and tender submissions.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based. Hexcel (NYSE: HXL) is a global leader in advanced composites technology, a leading producer of carbon fiber, and the world leader in honeycomb manufacturing for the commercial aerospace industry.

Preferred Qualifications
