Role overview
TechnoClean is hiring a technical sales and business development executive in Dubai.
The role involves lead conversion, client meetings, field visits, and selling maintenance, facility, and cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Convert leads from Meta, Google, email, and phone.
- Understand requirements and arrange site visits and quotations.
- Follow up, negotiate, and close deals.
- Develop B2B relationships and partnerships and generate new and repeat business.
- Meet facility managers, property managers, real estate agents, contractors, hotels, and corporate offices.
Requirements
- Background in maintenance, facility management, or technical services.
- Basic technical knowledge and strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent English communication and strong email communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
- Additional languages and UAE experience are preferred; a UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Services
- Services include epoxy, waterproofing, painting, marble and wood polishing, grouting, gypsum and partition work, and carpentry.
- Cleaning services include upholstery, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out, villa and apartment, office and commercial, and pressure cleaning.
