Position Summary

We're looking for an ambitious, positive, and people-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.

We're less concerned with finding the person who has done this the longest and more interested in finding someone who is motivated, dependable, coachable, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, interview, and qualify candidates for technology and professional services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and internal team members
  • Partner closely with coordinators, managers, and leadership to understand client hiring needs and priorities
  • Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through offer, acceptance, and beyond
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process (and after!)
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within recruiting systems and databases
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience
  • Represent Delta's culture, values, and reputation in every interaction

Who We're Looking For

  • 1-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing or agency environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
  • Coachable, positive, and eager to learn
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to hustle
  • Interested in building a long-term career, not just finding your next job

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for an IT staffing, consulting, or staff augmentation firm
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Experience recruiting for technology, engineering, or professional services roles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and job boards
  • Experience working in a goal-oriented, commission-based, or performance-driven environment
