About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle hiring for IT, AI, software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and engineering positions.
• Work with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, responsibilities, and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Review resumes, assess candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication.
• Negotiate compensation within company guidelines, help close candidates, and keep ATS records accurate.
• Develop talent pipelines, track metrics, and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support employer branding and take part in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of technical recruitment experience, including hiring for healthcare, healthtech, or healthcare IT companies.
• Experience hiring for AI/ML, software development, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, networking, cybersecurity, and other technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, technology stacks, and AI/ML roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple open positions.

Preferred skills

• Experience in a fast-paced product, IT services, or technology startup environment is preferred.
• Boolean search, advanced sourcing, recruitment analytics and reporting, and familiarity with Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms are preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills are preferred.
