Role Overview
Join the Mining Technology Operations team as a Technical Project Manager delivering AI-based software across complex industrial environments.
The role supports expansion in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, and reports to the VP of Mining Technology Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end technology implementation delivery against budget and timeline targets.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and RFCs for product and engineering teams.
- Build and maintain Grafana dashboards showing customers how AI is optimizing their operations.
- Use modern AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and prototyping.
- Own the risk log, act as a control function, and contribute to Key Account strategies for long-term growth.
Who You Are
- Have 5+ years of experience in project management and software implementation, with a solid grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Understand large-scale industrial enterprises; 5+ years in mining software is a bonus.
- Be comfortable with BI tools and have a foundational understanding of AI/ML lifecycles.
- Communicate effectively in technical reports and stakeholder presentations, manage expectations, and drive results.
- Be open to regular travel to mining sites across Saudi Arabia and internationally; a valid driving licence is required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
