Role and responsibilities
- Run day-to-day execution of client technical project plans, owning schedules, dependencies, status communications, and blocker resolution.
- Lead project kickoffs, milestone reviews, and closeout handoffs; deliver weekly client and leadership status reports.
- Coordinate engineers, web developers, external partners, and other contributors; keep project plans and Asana records current.
- Track planned versus actual time, review AI-agent-drafted client updates, and route scope changes to Sales.
- Escalate risks, security concerns, and compliance issues through defined channels.
Qualifications
- At least three years managing technical projects in software, AI/ML, data, or web development with multiple contributors.
- Experience coordinating engineers and external vendors or partner teams; strong command of Asana or a comparable tool.
- Strong written and verbal communication and sound judgment about what to decide, route, or escalate.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, FERPA, or similar client data compliance requirements is a plus.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification is preferred; interest in or experience with AI tools and agent-assisted workflows is sought.

- Works with a 100% remote, distributed team using tools such as Slack or Teams, Asana, and virtual meetings.
- The role emphasizes written follow-through and closing communication loops the same day.
Success measures
Target 85% or more of client-visible milestones delivered on schedule.
Resolve blockers within days, maintain plans that reflect actual progress, and provide a weekly status every week on the committed day.
