Technical Project Manager - ERP Implementation (Odoo)

Job Summary

Euclidz Technologies are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to coordinate between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP (Odoo) implementation projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with business units to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Manage project lifecycle—including system design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate with internal development teams and external vendors to ensure effective technical integration and data migration.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders and provide transparent reporting on project milestones and challenges.
• Ensure change management, user training, and support to achieve successful ERP adoption.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks through proactive planning and communication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated project management experience in ERP implementation (Odoo experience mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, Sales, and Procurement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple project streams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or Agile certification is an advantage.
• Experience in business process analysis and system customization within ERP environments.
