Role overview
Manage building-material projects from production through final installation, serving as the central interface between clients and cross-regional internal teams.
Translate customer requirements into product concepts and coordinate testing mock-ups, prototypes, and approvals.
Monitor manufacturing, delivery, and installation against technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Technical and project coordination
- Ensure products follow approved technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements throughout production, delivery, and installation.
- Coordinate technical questions, changes, and deviations and resolve risks before they affect projects.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, manufacturers, transport providers, contractors, and installers.
- Maintain responsibilities, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables; lead meetings and follow up on actions and decisions.
Production, logistics and installation
- Coordinate production planning and ensure products and materials are available in the right quantities and at the right time.
- Coordinate packaging, transport, delivery sequences, and site logistics with installation sequence and site conditions.
- Prepare sites, monitor installation against schedule, resolve technical and organizational issues, and ensure handover and completion.
- Anticipate logistical bottlenecks and take corrective action.
Planning and project control
- Develop and maintain detailed plans from production to installation; monitor milestones and deadlines.
- Identify delays early, coordinate corrective actions, and reflect changes throughout project planning.
- Maintain clear communication about project status, risks, and priorities.
Qualifications and experience
- Technical education or equivalent professional experience, preferably in construction, engineering, building materials, or manufacturing.
- Proven experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
- Experience in production/manufacturing environments and coordinating logistics and installation activities.
- Strong planning, organization, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
