Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage software projects from planning through deployment and handle client communication, requirements, and delivery.
• Lead 5–10 developers, QA engineers, designers, and mobile developers; coordinate WordPress, Shopify, full-stack, AI, and mobile projects.
• Plan timelines, sprints, resources, and risks; monitor progress, quality assurance, and production deployment.
• Review architecture, backend solutions, APIs, and database design; ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.

Requirements

• The description gives 7+ years of technical project management experience, while separate experience entries list 5 years and 3 years for IT project management.
• Experience requirements include 5 years in client services and 3–4 years in full-stack development.
• Experience entries also list 3 years with Node.js and 4 years with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong international-client experience, English communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Hands-on knowledge spans WordPress, Shopify, PHP, Laravel, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs, mobile applications, AI projects, databases, Docker, Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and basic DevOps.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum and experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools are required.
• Experience managing AI, SaaS, CRM/ERP, e-commerce, and cloud-based applications is required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is required; PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is advantageous.

Preferred candidate

• Managing a 5–10-member development team, handling international projects through deployment, and strong backend and system architecture knowledge are preferred.
• Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
