  • Analyze and document current- and future-state business processes.
  • Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work among business units, IT, and vendors; track vendor deliverables and project milestones.
  • Participate in closeout activities, lessons learned, and documentation completion.

Implementation and support

  • Support system implementations and go-live activities, including onsite deployment support when required.
  • Provide post-go-live support to support adoption and solution stabilization.
  • Develop end-user and support documentation, training materials, and process guides; assist with training end users and Service Desk staff.
  • Liaise among business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and other departments.
  • Manage escalated or referred Service Desk incidents during the initial post-go-live period and document resolutions to Service Desk standards.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of Business Analyst, Project Manager, or combined experience in a complex technical environment.

  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Customer-focused, able to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

Working conditions

  • Hybrid work environment combining remote and in-office work.

  • May occasionally work flexible hours or outside regular business hours during critical milestones and implementations.
