Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between model development, platform engineering, SRE, and product teams to align launch scope, schedules, dependencies, and readiness.
  • Maintain model launch checklists and tracking hotlists across Engineering, SRE, and Safety teams to proactively unblock P0 bugs and mitigate technical risks.
  • Partner with product teams and SREs to collect QPS forecasts, verify capacity provisioning, and coordinate pre-launch endpoint access.
  • Lead launch war rooms and cross-team syncs, maintain the model launch roadmap, and deliver executive updates and post-launch retrospectives to scale workflows.
  • Own the end-to-end serving platform launch lifecycle for new Gemini and GenMedia LLMs across all milestones, from intake to general availability.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML model launches, inference infrastructure, capacity planning, and Large Language Model (LLM) serving stacks like Gemini and GenMedia.
  • Experience working effectively with distributed engineering, research, and product teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proven ability to lead fast-moving launch programs and establish repeatable governance, tracking workflows, and executive reporting.
