Technical Program Manager III, Capacity Planning, Technical Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead several engineering program management for a fast paced, innovative engineering team. Work hand-in-hand with our cross-organizational engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver outstanding program outcomes alignment with business priorities.
• Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria.
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders and leadership.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in capacity planning, demand planning, or supply chain. - Experience working with engineering teams. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Track record of successfully delivering complex software products, in-depth knowledge of project management - Ability to establish systems to continuously improve our business processes, products, or services on an ongoing basis, through measurement of performance, progress, and success metrics. - Exceptional skills influencing and delivering solutions in a highly complex, always changing, and nebulous environment. - Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills. Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
