Technical Program Manager II, Applied AI, Trust and Safety

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Applied AI and agentic solutions to fully understand their potential for developing and scaling effective abuse-fighting strategies and how they are being used throughout the program portfolio.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables.
• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
• Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.

Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in fraud, spam and abuse space/ecosystem.
• Experience of working on LLM prompting or developing AI agents.
• Experience in implementing and delivering process improvements.
• Technical proficiency coupled with the ability to earn the trust and respect of engineering teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business/technical/product stakeholders and leadership to align project priorities and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies to build agentic solutions. Experience with data analytics and dashboard development.
