Who We Are

Sardine provides an agentic risk platform for fighting financial crime, including fraud prevention, AI-driven attack prevention, and fraud and AML operations automation.

Its platform uses a fraud consortium spanning more than 6 billion devices, 800 million consumers, and 3 million businesses.

Culture and Location

  • Sardine describes itself as a remote-first team with no required office; this role is listed as Remote - Dubai.
  • Remote work is flexible within the country of hire, and employees need to maintain a home base in that country.

About the Role

The role brings formal program-management governance, clear ownership, and predictable reporting to enterprise client delivery while maintaining startup pace.

The manager owns complex, multi-stakeholder integration plans and coordinates closely with clients and internal teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own enterprise integration plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and implementation timelines.
  • Be the client's trusted contact, communicate proactively, surface risks early, and understand client requirements.
  • Track client feature requests from intake through resolution with Engineering and Product.
  • Establish RACI and clear engagement responsibilities with the client project office.
  • Coordinate structured communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations, and clients; manage expectations proactively.
  • Keep deliverables and artifacts current, organized, and assigned to owners.
  • Build product fluency to advise on feature requests and report project health, slippage, root causes, risks, and capacity.

What You'll Need

  • Have 7 or more years of technical program or project management experience, including large enterprise implementations.
  • Have experience with enterprise governance, RACI, and milestone-based reporting, applying rigor appropriately to each client.
  • Fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance experience is sought; B2B SaaS experience selling to enterprise clients is ideal.
  • Engage credibly with Engineering and Product about technical dependencies and tradeoffs to help unblock and prioritize.
  • Communicate technical status effectively to enterprise project offices and executive stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage multiple concurrent, high-stakes client engagements without dropping details.

Benefits

  • Compensation includes cash and equity; benefits also include early option exercise, flexible paid time off, and a year-end break.
  • Health, dental, vision, and retirement matching are specified for employees in the US and Canada.
  • Equipment and stipends include a MacBook Pro, home-office setup, meals, social meet-ups, health and wellness, and learning.
