You're orchestrating delivery across Co-Care, Pulse, Flow, and the agents that tie them together.

7+ years managing technical programs in software/SaaS

Worked directly with engineers, not just Jira

Can read a PR description and know if it's risky

Strong written communication — async matters

Default to action, not meetings

Healthcare or regulated industry experience

Been at a company before product-market fit

Technical background — you've written code

Built processes that survived contact with reality
