Technical Program Director
to lead its strategic CRM programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex CRM implementation and transformation programs.
- Provide hands-on leadership in CRM system design, configuration, integration, data migration, and optimization.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Align technical CRM solutions with business objectives and banking regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Must have proven
- hands-on CRM implementation experience
- (enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent).
- Strong technical program management background with a track record of delivering large-scale CRM projects.
- Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- This is a high-impact role driving digital transformation and customer experience excellence within the bank.
