Role overview

Job duties

• Diagnose well problems and develop customer solutions, including design, delivery method, and evaluation plan.
• Apply basic engineering principles and company policies, standards, and work methods for Hydraulic Workover.
• Lead work from pre-job planning analysis through post-job performance analysis and direct work at the well site.
• Liaise between customers and Operations; consult Product Service Lines about equipment needs and specifications.
• Contribute to team goals, guide less experienced team members, and peer-review job designs.
• Use the Production Solutions PSL workflow of Diagnose, Design, Deliver, and Evaluate; work with peers and senior colleagues to practice and implement it.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate STEM degree is required; a Petroleum Engineering degree is preferred.
• Two years of service-line experience are required.
• Hydraulic Workover experience is preferred.
