- Key Responsibilities
- Own
- custody MVP and phased roadmap
- covering retail and corporate custody use cases
- Translate the
- custody operating model
- into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Drive
- prioritisation and dependency management
- across Ripple, cloud infrastructure, security, and channel teams
- Act as the
- single delivery authority
- across external vendors and internal ADCB technology and business teams
- Own
- go‑live readiness
- , including operational controls, cutover planning, regulatory conditions, and risk sign‑offs
- Ensure end‑to‑end delivery aligns with security, compliance, and architectural standards
- Provide regular delivery status, risk, and dependency reporting to senior stakeholders
Core Competencies (Trading / Investments Equivalent)
- Product ownership of
- regulated platforms
- End‑to‑end
- transaction lifecycle ownership
- (custody equivalent of order‑to‑settlement)
- Strong
- dependency, delivery, and vendor management
- in multi‑party ecosystems
- Ability to balance speed of delivery with regulatory and security constraints
• Jira / Azure DevOps
(backlog, sprint, and delivery management)
• Ripple Custody APIs
- ADCB integration and channel platforms
- Cloud, security, and enterprise integration platforms supporting custody operations
