Airline / Travel / Transportation / Mobility / Logistics

• 10+ years’ experience in

, preferably within large-scale digital transformation programmes.

• Own

customer-facing digital products

across the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to launch and continuous improvement.

• Translate business/customer needs into

product capabilities, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional/non-functional requirements

.

• Own and prioritise the

product backlog, MVP and product roadmap/increments

based on business value, customer impact and technical dependencies.

• Strong technical understanding of

web/mobile applications, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native platforms and enterprise integrations

.

• Experience managing complex

booking/transactional journeys

, including availability, eligibility, fulfilment, amendments, cancellations, payments, notifications and exception handling.

• Work closely with

Engineering, Solution Architecture, UX/UI, QA, Security and Business teams

.

• Define and track

product KPIs

, including adoption, customer experience, conversion, operational efficiency, service reliability and revenue measures.

• Strong

experience including backlog refinement, sprint/release planning, UAT, go-live and hypercare.

• Hands-on experience with

Jira and Confluence

.

• Experience managing

third-party vendors, cross-team dependencies and system integrations

.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Experience using

AI tools for Product Management

is desirable.
